Wow! This was a very tasty discovery. Warm and delicious. Worth the seabus ride over from downtown.

Vanilla bean custard bun is very delicious. Price is on the high side.

I have so many pleasant memories of this place.. truly one of my favorite places in Vancouver. <3 I miss it a lot. Food and drinks are addicting! Love their stamp card system and comforting atmosphere. :) Couldn't recommend it enough.

Whenever I want a nice and tasty snack or I want some nice tea, this is one of my places to go, especially since it's near the transit.

Cute korean boys working. However, it is important to say the iced coffee was definetly not up to par. Tsk tsk u scrubs. Everything else is good tho, kinda over priced but nice. Korea #1

I always make time to visit The Coffeebun Bakery whenever I visit North Vancouver. Such delicious buns and makes for a great start before exploring Lonsdale Quay Market.

The shop is adorable, the service is great, the food is absolutely delicious and comes at a fair price. Absolutely love this shop, I’d give this 10 stars if I could.

Ok so the buns are pretty good - but I didn't think they were THAT good that they are worth $3-4 for one...

I got the hazelnut nutella one yesterday, and had previously tried the original. Pretty good! I'm sure they're better warm. A bit pricey but would recommend.

These are truly the most delicious treats. Anytime we have friends or family visiting the neighbourhood we take them to get a coffee bun!

Every time I go here I get something. Its the best little treat any one can get. The outsides have this "crunchy" like texture while the insides are still soft.

I liked the crispy outside and soft chewy inside of the bun. It seems like there is a limited amount per day so make sure you go earlier in the day. I had the ice cream sandwich with my kids and we loved it! Nutella bun with vanilla ice cream! Yum yum! Definitely recommend that!!

Drinks are on point and the coffee buns are SOOOO tasty! In case you haven't had one before (and wow, go find one NOW if you haven't!), a coffee bun is very soft white bun filled with something (I prefer the hazelnut) and covered with an almost crispy, thin cookie coating. Delicious! The lady who runs this location is also lovely; I'm here at least once a week. I also recommend the London Fog and Green Tea Latte.

The coffee is awful but, you came here for the bun, and that is some delicious stuff! I've had several flavours and they were all to die for. I don't love sweet things, so I need a coffee to go with the bun but, starbucks and mcdonalds are next door.

Been here 4 times now and have had great food and service every time. Their green tea buns are really great 💚🍵💚

Ok, it's good stuff! Nice selection, but I would say eat the buns while they are still warm. Nothing beats, the hazelnut version... it's so good, all gooey and chocolaty. Can't go wrong with the traditional either, which apparently is still the best seller. That said, they aren't cheap.

I simply loved the atmosphere, the friendly staff, the coffee, the sandwiches and most of all the incredibly delicious coffee buns at this adorable little place. I can only recommend to visit them!

each bun is a dream especially the salted butter. i ordered the matcha, salted butter, mint chocolate and red bean. 2 were really good but 2 were not. i enjoyed the matcha and the salted butter the most because the flavors really worked out, perfectly sweet and the right amount of filling. unfortunately the red bean lacked well red bean it was only half full and the mint chocolate just didn't fit to my palate.

These were so good! Make sure you get them when they're fresh out of the oven. We got an oreo one, which was good, but it didn't compare to the red bean one, which was still warm as they just came out of the oven. I will be back to try their other flavours!

Extremely delicious, savoury, slight salty, crispsy on the outside, moist and soft in the inside (had the garlic and herb one). Baked daily. Had it on my road trip from Saskatoon.

These are great! I always get one when I’m in Lonsdale. The Earl Grey is my favourite. Don’t forget your stamp card!

Soft coffee bun. Had the ice cream Nutella coffee bun. It is so good. Would definitely come back and order it again. Highly recommended.

Wow! I almost never post reviews of places but this café was so good I just want to yell at people to avoid the Macdonalds across the way and come get some really amazing food for pretty much the same price. I had a ham, egg and cheese sandwich. Now, I know that sounds boring, but nothing here is normal. Instead of bread the use sweet fluffy buns. The eggs were fried perfectly, and the cheese--I don't know what kind it was--but oh my god was it ever something special.The service is really excellent too. This place is great when you get off the seabus or are waiting to take it. I'll defiantly be returning... and returning!

I love coffee bun so much. The treats are tasty and having a seat inside is nice an relaxing. Service is ok. They don’t have reusable cutlery and will charge per each disposable utensil.

Been going here forever though not consistently but definitely a great place to go to if you love coffee and bread! The place always smell amazing and yummy so you're instantly hooked to try something! My mom also loves this place and always orders a box or 2 to take home. My favorite buns are the Green Tea and Hazelnut.

A little bit pricey（from $3.00 to $4.00 each), but all coffee buns are great, especially chocolate and Canadian maple.

There's not much to it beyond the buns, but it's a nice place to drop by for a coffee bun. It's something worth trying

Sweet, little shop off of the Seabus Terminal. Lots of selection for buns, but do get there early as many options are sold out throughout the day. I personally had the original and hazelnut and was quite a fan of the two. Their coffee does leave a lot to be desired, however. Their Americano was really bland and didn't have much of a flavor signature at all.Improve the coffee and you've got an all around great place.

This place is amazing. The best Coffee Buns in Vancouver. You gotta get one when you're at the Quay.

Coffee bun breakfast sandwich is good but should be priced lower for what you’re getting.

I always stop in to pick up a coffee bun when I’m at the Quay, the owner is very welcoming and friendly, and the buns are delicious
